Complaints

Use LED lamps only under certain operating conditions. The operating conditions are provided with the goods and are included in the auction in the product description.

Please send complaints to the address provided with a description of the defect. Fill out the complaint form and send it electronically or in the return mail.

COD shipments will not be accepted.

The guarantor is Mr. Light Gracjan Patej ul. Wislawy Szymborskiej 2A/39, 42-500 Bedzin, Poland. 

1. The warranty is described in the product auction.

2. The guarantor undertakes to replace the defective piece in case the repair exceeds the value of the product.

3. If a defect is found, the guarantor undertakes to remove it within 14 days of delivery to the store.

4. The product must be returned in the original or replacement packaging to prevent damage in transit in case of use of inadequate packaging, the risk of damage to the item shall be borne by the purchaser.

5. The buyer should deliver the item to the store on his own in person or by courier with a description of the defect.

6. If the complaint is accepted, the guarantor undertakes to pay the cost of return delivery to the buyer.

7. The service life of LED lamps mainly depends on the operating environment. The selection of the correct operating environment of the LED lamp is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. The technical parameters given in the specification of the description of the goods are specified for the operating conditions given for each product. The use of LED lamps not in accordance with the specified guidelines is very likely to cause rapid product wear.

Wear and tear symptoms are: reduced brightness, significant change in emitted light color, discoloration or distortion of the bulb components due to overheating, complete or partial extinguishment of LEDs. To avoid the above-mentioned symptoms, the LED lamp should be used in accordance with the specified operating requirements.

8. If the customer does not comply with the operating conditions that are sent with our products in the package, the product loses its warranty.

9. operating conditions are created to make the purchased product safe to use and to extend the life of the product.

10. Complaint by entrepreneurs:
Entrepreneurs who purchase goods for business purposes, but are not professional buyers (e.g., purchasing products for internal rather than commercial purposes), have the same complaint rights as consumers. This means that complaints filed by such Buyers will be handled in accordance with applicable civil law.

 

Returns

The Buyer may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 from the date of delivery of the subject of the Order to the Consumer, without stating the reason for withdrawal and incurring costs.

1. In this case, the Consumer sends the Seller a statement of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement (electronically or in the mail).

2. The return of the Goods should take place together with the statement of withdrawal or immediately after this statement, but no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. The direct costs of returning the item shall be borne by the Consumer.

The consumer should send the returned Goods to the address:

Returned goods must not be damaged and must be packed in the original packaging or replacement packaging so that the returned goods are not damaged. In case of returning goods that are damaged in transit, the cost shall be borne by the buyer.

3. In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Contract, all payments shall be returned to the Consumer immediately. An appropriate correction invoice will be issued. The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the date on which the Seller received the statement of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. The refund will be made by wire transfer to the account indicated by the Customer in the form.

4. The store does not accept any parcels sent back cash on delivery.
